STEPS TO REGISTER WITH NAPLES FUTSAL

1.Read the rules of FIFA Futsal and Naples Futsal.

2.Read the Age Group Chart to check players age.

3.Pick a delegate for your team (It can be a player) who will be responsible to attend to meetings and team registration. Delegate must have an e-mail (correo electrónico).

4.Register online on our website: www.naplesfutsal.com

5.Fill out the forms

 i.Every team from each division must fill out this forms

2.If team directory changes delegate must let Naples Futsal know about changes.

 ii.New players must fill out Youth Player Form for team U18 and minors. For U19 and adults an Adult Player Form must me filled out.

Existing players

i.If a new or old club needs the services of a player who is registered in Naples Futsal should follow the following steps before registering at another club that is not the same as last season. Club teams that decide not to participate in one season will loose affiliation and current division.

1.If club is still affiliated with Naples futsal

a.They must fill out a pass and be signed by the president of the club who is giving the player. Both parties must agree to terms and conditions of the transfer.

b.Pay cost for transfers to Naples Futsal.

2.If club is not affiliated to Naples Futsal

a.Players will be released and free.

b.Fill out transfer form and give to Naples Futsal.

c.Pay transfer pass of free player.

3.If it is a passive player

a.See clauses of passive players.

b.Fill out passive player transfer form and handed to Naples Futsal.

c.Pay the cost of passive player pass.

Player clasification

i.Active Player

1.Is a player who played or plays in the present year. Year starts in August 1st to July 31st.

ii.Passive Player

1.Player who has not played in one Calendar year. Year starts in August 1st to July 31st.

2.Must fill out passive player form and pay the corresponded fee.

iii.Free Player

1.Player that never played  and the team that he played was not affiliated to Naples Futsal.

i.Registration

1.U8 –  U16

a.Registration $40.00 (cuarenta) American dollars per season.

b.Affiliation and Insurance Included

2.U20 and Women’s Division

a.Registration $45.00 (cuarenta y cinco) American dollars per season.

b.Affiliation and Insurance Included

3.Men’s Division

a.Registration $58.00 (cincuenta y ocho) American dollars.
