Tahuichi is the only leader of Naples Futsal

The Bolivian team has 4 victories in a row.

On Sunday the club Tahuichi faced with Eagle Academy for the fourth round of the tournament by winning 7x3 winter and so adding its four match win and adding twelve units that place as the absolute leader of the tournament to two dates to complete the qualifying round this short of Naples Futsal tournament. The youth academy despite being a selection Under 16 not let you win easily and stood firm on the pitch and complicated in more than one occasion Tahuichi experienced team that had to use his experience to make a difference in the marker that was matched for most of the game.

Tahuichi and also faced the strongest open division Ecuador, Earthquake, Galaxy Naples and in their last two games will take on Guatemala that are at the bottom of the table and Los Lobos that has the low striker Ernesto Aldana.

Last week we were visiting friends at Ave Maria University in the city of Immokalee, Florida and I had the pleasure of seeing some young guys turning a tennis court into a Futsal field. It made me remember our countries "Bolivian I am indeed" any space we had around will become soccer Futsal field. I walked over to take a few pictures and to my surprise players of the second division of Naples Futsal were part of the peel and former league players and students of Ave Maria were those who shared this fun little game of Futsal. I could also see two girls who were part of this game and gave classes as you hit the ball Futsal. As this game in a field that is not designed for Futsal are many young people who come together to play as if Golden Gate Park Aaron Park better known as "chiko park" where also play Futsal on a tennis court. Collier and Lee counties do not have many soccer fields for our youth to go out and play, perhaps for lack of space or perhaps so expensive maintenance. Futsal is a good choice because you can use the same field of basketball, attach the dock doors and make functional poly tennis and maintenance is not expensive. With this we create playground for younger and we raise the level of football in this part of Florida or because they believe that there are both good basketball players in our country, if gentlemen because they practice every day. At home we have more basketball courts that McDonald, that's what I need football and Futsal is a very useful tool to use.

We have prepared a short summary of what has been Latino participation in the FIFA Futsal World Cup being played in Thailand from November 2 and concludes on 18.

The first to open the curtains were opening with host ticos Thailand 3x1 losing their first game. Paraguay like Costa Rica was in group A where Paraguay classify as second group after Ukraine. In group B will play solo to Panama happened to the second round as the third best. In group C Brazil led the undefeated position table, followed by a drive in Europe such as Portugal. In group D with two Hispanic countries Argentina and Mexico,

the latter did not do very well and ended up losing all three games of the first round. Argentina meanwhile the group as a second step. And surprise America was in Group F where Colombia was the first international surprise by leaving out one of the drives of the CONCACAF Guatemala. And in Guatemala expected more because this country with higher standard of Futsal in America began well by defeating Colombia 5x2, 9x0 fell against Russia and disappointed to lose Islands 4x3 Salmon and stay out of combat.

Of the 8 which included representatives of America North America which incidentally none qualified for the world to South America only one step CONCACAF representative to the second round Panama then stayed on the road to be thrashed by Brazil 16x0. CONMEBOL From the four entered the second round Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Paraguay where the latter sat out in the second round after losing to Portugal 4x1. As mentioned before Brazil went to the four-finals after beating Panama and Argentina also advanced to beat Serbia 2x1. The surprise gave America Colombia to defeat some of Iran drives Europe 2x1 (should be emphasized that this Colombian team FIFA Futsal is the first time that a World Cup Colombia will), I emphasize this for the Colombian fans say that Colombia is the current world champion, if Colombia is world champion in Futsal but another institution called "AMFs" meaning World Soccer Association Hall nothing to do with FIFA.

Our representatives including Latinos were eliminated before the expected end. Argentina in the South American classic face Brazil on November 14 at 4am while Colombia will face Ukraine's own at 6:30 am the same day. The games can be viewed on the tab http://espn.go.com/ ESPN 3. We will keep you updated what happens in the final for the next edition.

The football greats forged by futsal

For decades now, futsal has been a popular and much-loved sporting discipline, especially in South America and southern Europe. And while the indoor version of football is rapidly growing in popularity elsewhere now, thanks to FIFA's patronage and the support of many leading personalities, it is in countries such as ArgentinaBrazilSpain and Portugal that futsal has proved a breeding ground for some of the greats of the game.

The list is topped by Lionel Messi. The three-time FIFA World Player of the Year and Barcelona's all-time leading scorer took his first tentative steps with a ball in the colours of Newell's Old Boys, although he played futsal rather than football.

“As a little boy in Argentina, I played futsal on the streets and for my club. It was tremendous fun, and it really helped me become who I am today," said the 25-year-old, reflecting on the benefits of the five-a-side version of the game.

Pele and Co convinced by futsal
Messi is by no means the only superstar with futsal roots. Apart from the Argentinian wizard, the likes of Pele, Cristiano RonaldoXavi and Ronaldo learned the trade in the sports hall.

Cristiano Ronaldo honed his natural ability by playing futsal. “During my childhood in Portugal, all we played was futsal," he said. "The small playing area helped me improve my close control, and whenever I played futsal I felt free. If it wasn't for futsal, I wouldn't be the player I am today."

World and European champion Xavi revealed his love of futsal to UEFA.com, citing one reason in particular: “In futsal, you see whether a player is really talented. In normal football you don't necessarily identify talent as easily because it's so much more physical. But with futsal, you notice the small details in quality, class and tactical understanding."

“I needed extremely good feet, because you're always attempting to beat opponents in the minimum of space. I loved the challenge of playing on such a small pitch," recalled the former player, a member of the management board of the Local Organising Committee for the 2014 tournament.Ronaldinho, Juninho, Robinho and rising star Neymar are other notable futsal products of the 2014 FIFA World Cup™ host nation. Arguably the most famous former Seleção icon is Ronaldo, the all-time leading scorer at the FIFA World Cup finals. The striker took up futsal at the age of 12 and has fond memories of the period.

An emerging force
The indoor discipline’s explosive growth in recent years is well illustrated by statements from two leading pros operating in the English Premier League and the German Bundesliga.

Micah Richards, capped 13 times by England to date, used futsal to work on his ball control. “I improved my technique by playing futsal. It helps you remain more composed on the ball," the Manchester City right-back told BBC Sport.

And according to Germany U-21 national team captain Lewis Holtby, who also has two senior caps to his name, futsal is the best way of learning the game. “Young players in particular can learn a huge amount from futsal," the Schalke midfielder said in a German FA (DFB) interview. "The heavy ball means it’s in play for longer. Passing moves and interchanges more often end with a goalscoring chance."

For the future, it is a cast-iron certainty that the fertile ground provided by futsal will produce a host of the biggest names of tomorrow.
