Last Sunday Naples Futsal experienced one of the best finals in their history. Naples lived the end of the fifth edition of the most popular tournament in Southwest Florida. With a crowd of people gathered to see the two finals of the Futsal Premier B as the first game and the Premier A to close the night.
Ecuador started the game with lack of concentration in the first minutes when Atletico Peru played to win from the first minutes of the game, the game was not even five minutes old and Atletico was already ahead with three goals. The Ecuadorian fans were muted because Atletico became a scoring machine and even the best goal of the game was byhalf-bicycle kick from Gonzalo Torres "What a goal!."

Six to zero was the scoreboard showing and thats when many fans thought it was an end secured by the Peruvian team. But as the saying goes "A game is not over until the final whistle."
The captain of Ecuador did not know what to do to score in several ways but the goal seemed closed. He asked for his sub so he could clear his mind and cool off from a tough game.

Juan Velasquez reappeared to save the Ecuadorian Team and came up with six goals and put his team back into the battle, when everything seemed that the game would be red and white.
Velasquez put the confidence that characterizes him and got almost every ball that led to their feet during the last 15 minutes of play and so Ecuador could again be crowned champions of Naples Futsal.

The final score was Ecuador 10 to 9 Atletico Peru. Goals from Ecuador Juan Velasquez (8 goals), Edgar Alvarez (2), Joshua Barrientos (1) and Christian Paz (1) discounted for Atlético Peru Gonzalo Torres (3 goals), Manuel Encalada (3), Edmond Kushi (2) and David Butzke (1 goal).
